2. Payments
All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work begins only after payment confirmation.
3. Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and timely client input. Delays caused by missing assets or feedback may extend timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Callisto Studio retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Callisto Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
